crash it into a building just above the ground and you will stop dead and then disembark flat on the ground but don't try it in 4 as you'll go out the winscreen

The quickest way to land a flying car is to crash it directly into a building, because you'll then stop and lapse directly to the ground without sustaining any damage.

However, the best way to land the car manually is exactly the same as landing the plane without using the deplaning-gear (because obviously, cars don't have landing gear). Quick tutorial in my sources. andreas kirsche
